4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to:
Suspected fraud or misuse
Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product errors
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location. CoreVive is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
6. Refunds & Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been dispatched.
We will replace damaged or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
