At CoreVive, we take great care in producing high-quality wellness sachets that support healthy ageing. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once products have been dispatched.
Why?
For safety, hygiene, and product integrity, we cannot restock or resell any nutritional items once they leave our facility — even if unopened.
Exceptions – Our Quality Guarantee
We will, however, replace or refund orders in the following rare cases:

Your item arrived damaged or defective

There is a verified quality issue with the product
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
